License Question

Good afternoon,

I was just tasked with figuring out what license we currently have.  Here is what I have

Vmware vShere 5 Enterprise Plus for Desktop Stand Alone

Vmware vCenter Server 5 Standard for View 5 (Includes Orchestrator and Linked Mode)

VMware View 5.x Premier Add-on (with View Composer, Local Mode, and Persona Management enabled)

VMware ThinApp 4.6 Client License

VMware ThinApp 4.7 Virtualization Packager

VMware vShield Endpoint 5.x

Whew!

The first two licenses are already entered in correctly.  The rest of them I can't figure out how to add them.  I go through vsphere client and try to add the licenes and I get an error Invalid License Key:  License File not Found.

I also see an error in Vcenter claiming that we are not compliant and when I look at the license manager in vsphere client I see that we are licensed for 10 VM's but are running 19.

I tried adding the license through the connection server's web interface and that doesn't seem to do anything.  How can I tell if it was added or not?

Is there a better way to see usage?  How does the view licensing work?  Does it work per connection or per host added?  I see that I have 9 as the higest usage on the connection server.  Is that the number I need to be worried about crossing?

Could somebody shed some light before I call Vmware up tomorrow.  This isn't really causing an issue yet but I would like to get this squared away.

Thanks,

Tim
