Missing SSL certificates error when upgrading to vcenter 5.1 from 4.1

Hi, I got this error during Vcenter upgrade from 4.1 to 5.1:

"SSL Certificates cannot be located in the directory c:\programdata\vmware\vmware virtualcenter\ssl\. Restore these certificates in this directory for the upgrade."

Certs exists in this folder, but my certificats have expired, could this be the issue ?
