VM is Maked as Invalid - How to restore this VM to Operation?

Hi,

We have a VM that is showing as:

(Invalid) <vm-name> in the Hosts & Clusters view.

I have had a look at the ESXi Host's /var/log/vmware/vpx/vpxa.log file and it shows entries such as:
