Permissions to View dvSwitch on VM

Hi

I want to give the permissions to a role for manage VMs. But I can't find the accurate permission to view the network configuration of VMs which are configured to use dvSwitches:

I don't want to allow the user to change the network configuration. Does anyone know the right permission setting?
