Unable to connect with host

Hi,

I have two VM hosts ESXi 5.0U2 both hosts were connected with vCenter (Cluster Environment).

Since yesterday I saw that one host is diconnected then I tried to login separately by root user but not succeed. Error is attached with name of host31.

Also I enabled SSH from the console but still cannot connect with putty.

I can ping to this host perfectly even there are several VMs those are working fine but just unable to connect on this host and in cluster environment.
