hello ,
The environment was two vcenter servers and one SSO server (SSO installed in separately) . Both vCenters registered in same SSO server. today morning we are unable to login the vcenter servers we got SSO login error.Then I have login to SSO server using admin account (admin@system-domain) and When we try to test active directory identity source in vCenter SSO, we are getting below error. But same identity source is working fine another vCenter SSO server.
Error:
"The "Edit identity source" operation failed for the entity with the following error message.
Cannot connect to one or more of the provded external server URLs: SASL bind failed: domain name :636"
Because of this problem we are not able to logging the vcenter servers.
