Fails to start RHEL5.3 Virtual machine on ESXi 4.1.0

Hi,

I need to use my PCI hardware (DekTec) on RHEL5 VM by VMware ESXi 4.1.0.

I did some work around to recognize my PCI hardware by VMware ESXi 4.1.0 host.

Now, i have enabled the DekTec PCI card in passthrough mode as below:

After that, i have added this DekTec PCI device in the Virtual machine as below:

Now, If i start the VM, i am getting below error:

So, could you please suggest me to overcome this problem and go forward.
