Hello,
I am trying to configure alarms that notify separate teams.
I would like to have the below alarms configured at both the data center level for Team 1 (which manages everything) and the same alarms for Team 2 (which manage a specific cluster).
1. Insufficient vSphere HA failover resources
2. Cannot find vSphere HA master agent
3. vSphere HA failover in progress
4. vSphere HA Host Status
5. vSphere HA VM failover failed.
I am unable to edit the cluster alarm since it is defined already at the datacenter level. What is the best way to create a custom alarm for this?
Just recreate each alarm and send the notification emails to that specific team?
If that is the case and an HA alarm needs to kick off, will it send an email to both teams on the datacenter level and the cluster level?
