Can't load vsphere web client page on remote computer

Hi Guys hope some one can help

Just installed vsphere vcenter 6 on Windows 2008r2 , configure webclient on it (added windows AD) and can use weblicent directly on the server but when I try to load it on my office PC I get page not found in IE and page not available on Chrome.

Check the ports and firewall all fine (even disabled the firewall).

Just wonder if anyone had similar problem?
