DRS Rules and Group MIA

Hi

I have a strange issue. I while ago I created a number of DRS rules and groups . These have now for some reason gone missing. BUT the rules are still being applied to the VM's. So what I have is a case where I cannot power-on my VM in my new cluster because they are violating the rules , but because I can no long "see: the rules I am not able to edit them. Powershell cannot see the rules either.

Anyone seen this ?
