Cannot move VM to another ESXi 5.0 host

Hello.

We have two ESXi 5.0 hosts in Datacenter. Hardware of both hosts are not exatly same, but they are very similar. We are not usign HA or FT. They are just in the same datacenter managed by vCenter 5.

Host A had several VM, and I am moving them to Host B (new server). Host A is RAID0, and I need to change it to RAID5.

Most of VMs on Host A were successufly moved or cloned to Host B. However, two VMs encountered a problem. When I tried to drag and drop it to Host B, it showed "The prameter is incorrect" error.

After I googled it, I chose clone, but it faied after several hours. The error is attached. Datastore shows only one big file, and all files were not transferred for some reasons.

Host A and Hos B are connected through VLAN.

I wanted to finish moving all VMs during this weekend, and one of my computer in my office is downloading folders for each VM now

1. After I obtian folders for those VMs, I am going to upload them to Host B. But I do not see an option to "add VM" like VMware Workstation has. Is it possible to add VMs manually? If so, may I know how to do?

2. Tow VMs I am in trouble have a cmmoon factor beging compared to the others. Their hard dives are think provision and quite big (500GB, 750GB). In addition, they have a couple of snapshots. Is it a better idea to use vCenter converter to shrink the disk size and move to Host B?

I thoght this is a simple task, but it turned out nightmare. May I have some advices, please?

Best regards,
