Upgrade vCenter 5.5 to 5.5.0a

I'm new to vCenter 5.5 (who isn't?).  It must be fairly easy, but I can't find clear directions for updating vCenter 5.5 to the newest release 5.5.0a.

Could someone point me in the right direction?
